What we do

When we believe in a company and the terms are right, Rothwold may invest alongside its clients, typically through a dedicated vehicle. Participation is limited to qualified investors and offered only through definitive documents; nothing on this site is an offer of any security.

How we work
  1. 01Conviction. Only companies where the firm has done the work and believes in the plan.
  2. 02Alignment. The same terms for the firm and its co-investors, set out in writing.
  3. 03Stewardship. Clear governance and regular reporting for the life of the investment.
