Strategic Valuation

An independent view of what the company is worth, and why.

For whom

Owners considering a sale, a raise, a partner buy-out or a succession, ideally twelve to twenty-four months before the transaction.

What we do

We value the company the way a buyer or investor will: normalised earnings, the durability of revenue, the risks a counterparty will price in. The result is a defensible range and a short list of the drivers that would move it.

How we work
  1. 01Normalise. Earnings adjusted for one-off items, owner costs and related-party arrangements.
  2. 02Value. Market, income and transaction approaches, reconciled into one view.
  3. 03Improve. The few changes that would raise value most before going to market.
