Rothwold LLC ("Rothwold", "we", "us") is a private equity and financial consulting firm organised in Florida, United States, operating in Miami, Palm Beach and Medellín. For any question about this policy, write to info@rothwold.com.

Information you give us: when you request an introduction, send a detailed brief or subscribe to our notes, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, role, industry, revenue range, timeline, areas of interest and anything you choose to write to us.

Client portal: if you become a client, we process the information needed to provide our services, including account details, questionnaires you complete, documents you upload and messages exchanged with the firm.

Technical information: our hosting and security providers may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We use only the cookies necessary for the site and the client portal to function.

To respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can help; to provide and manage our services; to send the notes you subscribed to; to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations; and to protect the security of the site and our clients.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, database and email providers, under confidentiality obligations; with professional advisers (legal, tax, accounting) when needed for your engagement; and with authorities when required by law. Clients are never listed publicly.

We work with clients in the United States and Latin America, and our providers may store data in the United States. When information moves between countries, we take reasonable steps to protect it, consistent with applicable law, including Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) where it applies.

Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by law or regulation.

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your information, to stop using it for a specific purpose, or to unsubscribe from our notes at any time. Write to info@rothwold.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your data.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
